Chef Iacopo Frassi comes from Tuscany Italy, which is well-known for various products, food and wine. He grew up in a household where the family had their own farm, and the whole family love hunting and fishing. Those harvest often turned into dishes on the table. Chef Iacopo wants to presents the concept of using fresh ingredients straight from “farm to table” through his dishes to all the customers.
